Radar: ‘Progression’, an exhibition from Edinburgh College of Art’s current Masters students

October 26, 2025 by Bronwen Winter Phoenix Leave a Comment

This week is a good time to rock down to Edinburgh College of Art to see Progression, a new exhibition from the current Masters degree contemporary art practice (CAP) students. Full disclosure; a couple of them are my friends!

The event will run in the main ECA building from 9am – 5pm in the sculpture court and balcony starting from tomorrow, Monday 27th October, and finishing on All Hallows Eve (31st). However, on the 30th there will also be an evening event between 5pm and 7pm, where you’ll be able to join the students for drinks as you admire their work!

We’ve even got an exclusive sneak peak of one of the students’ work; Liwei Teng. You’ll be able to see this, and more of Teng and her colleagues’ works, by heading along to the exhibition before it’s trick or treating time.

As an art student myself, I’ll be popping along tomorrow – so I might even see you there! In the meantime, here’s the full promotional poster for Progression so you can have something to put into your calendar:

What do you think – will you be heading along to Progression? Comment below.
