Competition: Win the award-winning board game Mysterium!

October 6, 2025 by Andrew Girdwood 63 Comments

Can you communicate with the spirit world? It’s time to find out! We’ve teamed up with Asmodee to give one lucky reader the chance to win a copy of the classic cooperative mystery game, Mysterium.

Mysterium

In this beautiful game, one player takes on the role of a restless ghost, unable to speak. All other players are a team of psychic investigators invited to the haunted Warwick Manor to solve the mystery of the ghost’s untimely death.

The challenge lies in communication. The ghost player must lead the psychics to the correct culprit, location, and murder weapon by providing them with gorgeously illustrated, surreal ‘vision’ cards. It’s a game of deduction and interpretation as the investigators try to make sense of the clues before their connection to the spirit world fades.

Celebrating its tenth anniversary, Mysterium is a perfect choice for a spooky games night, blending collaborative problem-solving with a highly atmospheric theme. It’s a firm favourite that bridges the gap between family fun and dedicated hobby gaming.

To be in with a chance of winning a copy for your own games shelf, simply follow the instructions in the entry form below.

Mysterium looks amazing, but if I had to pick, it would definitely be Horrified: American Monsters! I’ve had my eye on it for a while!

Mysterium definitely looks different from the other horror/ spooky games i play. Id definitely recommend ‘Terrorscape’ if anyone is looking for a ‘1 vs many’ type thriller.

I would go for Horrified: American monsters, I really enjoyed the original Horrified so being able to play something new but with the same great gameplay would be amazing.
