Radar: Heavenly Desserts’ week-long Valentine’s Day Special

January 27, 2025 by Andrew Girdwood Leave a Comment

This morning, a press release from Heavenly Desserts landed in my inbox. Birdy and I have been to the dessert parlour in Fountain Park, but neither of us has gotten around to writing a review.

So, I’ll make the call that a second trip back to Heavenly Desserts to re-research the ice cream and treats experience is in order and in the meantime, I’ll share their news.

Heavenly Desserts

February 10 to 16th £20 deal

From Monday the 10th to Sunday 16th you can get either a dessert or a brunch with a drink for £20. The idea is (but I don’t see it in the T&Cs) that you can take your sweetheart out for a sweet. Or someone else special to you, like a close pal or family member.

Me? If I did have to buy 2X£20 to qualify then I’m pretty sure I could do brunch, dessert and two drinks!

What to expect

Okay, so I said we hadn’t done the review, but here’s a quick summary. Heavenly Desserts is in the row of businesses that face Dundee Street in Fountain Park. It’s the same line that starts with Cineworld and then leads onto Five Guys.

Heavenly Desserts has a front door of its own; you don’t need to enter the mall/inside area to get to the ice cream.

You’ll find comfortable, if now rather worn, seats inside and an extensive menu. It’s not cheap, which is why the £20 deal is attractive but memorable. You get fancy desserts here.

We have reviewed some places nearby, such as Good Burger (a double-whammy visit to Good Burger followed by Heavenly Desserts would be calorie-nova), and Birdy recommended Mustafa’s Dera.
