Revew: Circus the Show, Fringe 2025

August 9, 2025 by Guest Reviewer Leave a Comment

From the moment the lights dimmed, Circus The Show swept us into a world of thrills, laughter, and wonder. We got a warm welcome from the ringmaster, who led the evening with charisma and charm, his booming voice and effortless showmanship guiding us seamlessly from act to act.

His energy kept the pace high and the atmosphere buzzing.

Dazzling acrobatics and skill

The female acrobat was a highlight, showcasing both grace and strength. Her high flying stunts and impossible contortions held the audience in silent awe before bursts of applause broke out.

The juggler brought fast paced excitement with his precise, daring catches with pins, while the magician added a layer of intrigue, keeping both children and adults guessing with clever illusions.

The clown who stole the show

The biggest laughs of the evening came from the clown silly, mischievous, and brilliantly funny. From physical gags to perfectly timed reactions, his humour had the entire audience in stitches.

My son was utterly captivated, giggling lots. He sat still for the full hour, completely drawn into the performance, and declared afterwards that he’d happily watch it all over again!

Perfect for families

At just one hour long, the show is perfectly paced for families. It’s long enough to deliver a wide variety of acts yet short enough to keep younger viewers engaged from start to finish. The mix of dazzling stunts, genuine skill, and light-hearted comedy means there’s truly something for everyone.

Final verdict? Five Stars!

Circus The Show is a vibrant celebration of circus artistry with a modern, family-friendly twist.

Every act feels polished and purposeful, and the balance between awe inspiring skill and laugh out loud comedy is spot on.

Whether you’re drawn to the magic, the acrobatics, or the belly laughs from the clown, you’ll leave the theatre smiling.

Highly recommended for all ages and in our case, both adults and kiddos were equally entertained.

A five-star experience we would absolutely watch again.
