Laura Whitaker grew up in Northumberland but moved to live in Edinburgh. Her current camera is a Sony DSLR a-300.
Laura’s photographs are available at RedBubble as posters, prints and even tote bags, phone cases and other useful items. Let’s take a look.
Cramond, art print
Laura notes that this strange structure was part of submarine defences in the second World War. The image you see above is of the art print version of the photograph but it’s available as cards, bag and a throw pillow too.
Forth Rail Bridge, framed print
A wonderful view of the bridge. I wonder how shots of the Forth will change with the Queensferry Crossing in place. There are 20 versions of the photograph online and in addition to art prints you can have it as a laptop skin, smartphone case, scarf or even a pencil skirt.

Floors Castle in Kelso, greeting card
Laura hasn’t made this fine photograph available as a print but you can have its a greeting card. If you’ve been to Floors Castle, Kelso on the Scottish Borders and want to write back home about it wouldn’t this be a great way to do it?
Balephetrish Beach in Tiree, canvas print
This remarkable photograph of Balephetrish Beach is available in a range of print styles and a host of other goodies on Redbubble. I fancy it as a canvas print but it works very well as a greeting card and even a hardcover journal.

Boats in the harbour at Scarinish, framed print
I think this may be my favourite in the whole collection. The change of colours from gentle reds to greens and the blue of the sky is wonderful. Laura’s made 21 products available with this design including iPhone skins, mugs and a drawstring bag.
More of Laura’s work
The sample above is just a fraction of what Laura has made available. Some of her best selling photographs work exceptionally well as throw pillows and you’ll be able to see those in the “top sellers” section. To check out the whole collection pop over to the full gallery.
